Come and talk about your issues in a group that fits your need.

Support Groups are being set up by the Jesus Centre to meet a range of needs.

'Survivors' is for those bereaved by Suicide.

Jo (above, with her husband Mark) set up Survivors after her first husband Mike died. It meets on Friday evenings every few months - ring the Centre, or email, for details.

'Your Weight' is a weight loss support group on Thursdays from 4pm.

Tony leads Your Weight as he tackles his own - he has lost over 10 stones!

Emotional Support

Gundega and Jenny provide one to one emotional support by appointment, covering anger management, grief etc. Gundega has worked as a professional counsellor for years.
