Support Groups
Come and talk about your issues in a group that fits your need.
Support Groups are being set up by the Jesus Centre to meet a range of needs.

'Survivors' is for those bereaved by Suicide.

Jo set up Survivors after her husband Mike died. It meets every 6 weeks or so - ring the Centre, or email, for details.

'Your Weight' is a weight loss support group on alternate Thursdays
from 4-5pm.

Tony leads Your Weight as he tackles his own - he has lost over 9 stones in a year!

Dads-4-kids is a support group for fathers having problems accessing their children. Mick Talty leads it, and he has had experience.

Alcohol Free is for those with an alcohol dependency. Come and compare notes with others in your situation, and those who have escaped, like Pete (pictured).

The Home Education support group
meets monthly, and parents can talk about issues while the children play in a safe environment (picture from Little Ark that also meets in the Hall).

Use the form below to contact us, or ring Piers at the Centre on 024 7655 0033.

We all need to talk, and especially if we have problems that we are struggling with. Our support groups offer a friendship network that can help you through the toughest times. We've proved it.
